We accept order cancellations only if the item has not yet been shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at krushnanailstudio.com or call/WhatsApp +91 95749 49729 with your order number.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must request a return within 24 hours of delivery.
A clear, continuous video of the unboxing is mandatory as proof of damage or defect.
Once we verify the issue through the unboxing video, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
